Are you receiving 2 emails?

If you are receiving two emails, please click on "Manage Subscriptions" in the Nourishing Results post email. Then "Unfollow" from one of the listed emails. After you click "Manage Subscriptions" in your email, you should go to a window that looks like the image below (click on the image to enlarge).
